Do you need write access?
Scans are read-only. Automatic remediation is optional: it uses a separate identity you grant per account, runs only the runbooks and actions you allow, and every call appears in your cloud's audit log.
Who responds to incidents?
You choose. Page your own responders with escalation, or let your runbooks try a fix first and page your team only if the alerts keep firing.
How do I cancel?
From Billing in your portal, in a few clicks. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for, and you keep access to past reports.
Is penetration testing included?
No. Scans check configuration; they do not attack your systems.
Does AI train on our data?
No. Secrets and personal data are removed before any analysis, and our AI provider's commercial terms prohibit training on customer data.
How is sales tax handled?
Stripe calculates tax at checkout from your billing address, following your state's rules.
