Acceptable Use Policy
Effective October 27, 2026
This policy is part of our Terms of Service. It lists what you may not do with the Service, so that it stays safe for every customer and for the systems we work on.
1. Only accounts you control
Connect only cloud accounts, clusters and repositories that your organization owns or has written permission to have reviewed. Point uptime checks only at endpoints you operate or are authorized to monitor. Do not use the Service to scan, monitor, load-test or probe systems of third parties.
2. No misuse of findings
Do not use findings, reports or tools from the Service to attack, gain unauthorized access to, or disrupt any system, or to develop malware.
3. Respect the platform
- Do not attempt to access another customer's data or bypass access controls or rate limits.
- Do not test the security of our platform except under our vulnerability disclosure policy.
- Do not resell or share access to the portal outside your organization without our written consent.
- Do not upload unlawful content, or personal data you are not permitted to share with us.
4. Automation you configure
Do not configure runbooks, alert sources or responders to act on systems you are not authorized to change, to send pages to people outside your organization without their consent, or to falsify compliance evidence. We may disable an integration or runbook that does.
5. Enforcement
We may suspend access to stop a violation and will tell you why, unless the law or an active threat prevents it. Report abuse to the contact below.
