Accessibility statement

1. Our goal

We want everyone to be able to use our website and customer portal, including people who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, magnification or voice control. We design and test against the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, level AA.

2. What we do

• Semantic HTML with labeled form fields, headings in order and landmarks for navigation.
• Color contrast that meets AA, visible focus indicators and no information shown by color alone.
• Animations that stop when your system asks for reduced motion.
• Automated accessibility tests on every release, plus manual keyboard and screen reader checks.

3. Known limitations

PDF reports are generated with headings and text, but complex tables in older reports may be hard to navigate with a screen reader. Every PDF report is also available as a web page in the portal.

If you find a barrier, tell us and we will respond within 5 business days and provide the information in a format that works for you.
